Order
How do I check the status of my orders? You can review the status of your orders and other related information in the 'My Account' section In the My Account page. Also, you can email us to hello@theworldmall.me
How do I cancel my order? You can visit 'My Account' and click on the Cancel button for your respective order. Once you click on Cancel, you have to select one of the options under "Why do you want to cancel this order?" and continue. Also, you can email us on hello@theworldmall.me
What happens to the order in case of payment failure? While placing an order, if your payment fails but you still wish to order the product, you can go to 'Orders' and re-order the product from the 'Awaiting Payment' section.
How do I track the progress of an order? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS notification with details of the order. You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.
My order is showing as delivered, but I have not received the product yet. What should I do? All orders delivered by us have proof of delivery with signatures by the person who has accepted the order. In case you haven't received your shipment, please check with family members, neighbors, security, the mail room, reception, and anyone else who may have accepted the order on your behalf. If you are still not able to locate the delivered order, kindly contact us and we’ll be able to assist you with the same.
I'm unable to track my order after receiving the tracking number (AWB)? We generate and send a tracking number (AWB Number) as soon as our courier partners collect the package from our warehouse. However, the courier partners may take up to 24 hours to update the tracking details on their website, therefore your order may be untraceable during this period. If your package was recently shipped, try using the tracking/AWB number after 24 hours.
My order has been Returned to Origin (RTO). What does that mean? Shipments are reflected as RTO (Returned to Origin) due to the following reasons: Delivery was attempted more than once but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code provided was incorrect You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order You did not have the payment ready for a Cash On Delivery order Under these circumstances, our customer support team will attempt to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package will be returned to us.

Why have I been asked to ship the item? If the pickup facility is not available at your location as per our courier service partners, you may be asked to ship the item back to us
I've still not received the refund in my bank account.
  • Refunds are usually processed within 7-10 business days after order cancellation. However, for nationalized banks, it may take up to 15-20 business days for the refund to appear in your source account.
  • This timeline may vary based on your payment method and financial institution. Additionally, you have the option to request a refund to your WorldMall wallet, which will be credited within 24 hours and can be redeemed in your next purchase.
